Seth has a professional career in heavy civil construction spanning over 20 years, but his true experience is much longer, having grown up with a grandfather in the quarry industry and a father in hydropower. From an early age Seth was in powerhouses and rock quarries, moving up to working onsite during high school and through college. Graduating from UT Arlington while working full time in the precast concrete industry, Seth quickly moved to the contracting side and began his career as a project manager and estimator. With decades of large pipe, earthwork, dam and hydro, structural concrete, and treatment plant experience, Seth has the diversified portfolio to provide accurate cost estimation and owner enhancing value for any type of project in either traditional bid-build and design-bid-build/CMAR pursuits.

Seth’s current role is that of estimating manager out of the Thalle Corporate office, with a focus on large pursuits in both traditional and alternative project delivery methods.
