Kevin is a licensed professional architect, commercial General Contractor and Public Utility Contractor. His collegiate alma mater is The University of Tennessee, where he received his degree in architecture. Kevin owned and operated an architecture firm in Asheville, North Carolina for over 25 years, specializing in the design and construction of hospitals and specialized healthcare centers, He also owned Charlotte, N.C. based Carbide Group Construction, a utility / infrastructure construction firm, until it was acquired in early 2021.

Kevin performs many tasks for Thalle, including project management processes, efficiency analysis and expediting, strategic marketing guidance, directing of creative efforts and graphic design deliverables. He specializes in technology-based production and processes. Kevin works out of Thalle's Texas regional office.
