Thalle Construction continues its impressive growth across Texas with the groundbreaking of its new Texas Regional Office in Alvarado.  The new 19,960-square-foot office building will be constructed on Thalle’s existing 40-acre campus and will serve as a central hub for the company’s expanding operations throughout the region. Designed to support future growth, the facility will feature:

• 60 private offices

• Three conference rooms

• A dedicated employee training center

• Collaborative cubicle workspaces
   

Once completed, the new office will house Thalle’s regional Operations, Equipment, and Accounting teams while continuing to support teammates across Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas. The facility will also remain home to key corporate departments—including Procurement & Preconstruction and Recruiting—that provide support for projects and teammates nationwide.

To commemorate this important milestone, Peter Tully, CEO of Thalle Construction and The Tully Group, and Steve Kohler, President and COO of Thalle Construction, joined employees for the groundbreaking ceremony.

In recognition of their dedication and contributions during Thalle’s first decade in Texas, several longtime teammates were presented with personalized commemorative shovels to mark the occasion. 
 

More than 120 teammates from across the region gathered at the Alvarado office to celebrate this exciting milestone. Battling the Texas summer heat, Matthew Presser and Daniel Boaz prepared an incredible meal by smoking beef briskets, ribs, and chicken in Thalle’s newly fabricated smoker. True to the Thalle culture, teammates from every department pitched in to help make the event a success—from setting up tables and chairs to the Accounting team serving meals to each guest.
 

The groundbreaking represents more than the start of a new building—it reflects Thalle’s continued investment in its people, its clients, and the communities it serves. As the company continues to grow throughout Texas and beyond, this new regional office stands as a lasting symbol of Thalle’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and the teammates who make that success possible.
