Jason Esparza is the North Texas Area Manager for Thalle Construction Company.

In this role, he supports project teams across the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction and estimating through startups, execution, and closeouts. Jason is currently overseeing 17 active projects spanning Texas, reaching as far north as Paris, south to San Antonio, and east to Terrell. He emphasizes getting back to the basics by confirming that each project aligns with Thalle’s core skill set, involving future leadership early for boots-on-the-ground insight, and ensuring a thorough handoff to all supporting departments, including Procurement, Environmental Compliance, Equipment, Small Business, and HR.

Throughout execution, he directly negotiates change orders with owners and maintains candid, solutions-focused conversations with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects moving forward. This approach has already proven highly effective, serving as a model for future work.
