Reconstruction of Route 9 and Interstate 84 Interchange Fishkill, New York
The New York State Department of Transportation awarded this contract to Thalle Construction using financial incentives and penalties in order to minimize the project's duration. Thalle was able to complete the project in just 18 months, nearly one year ahead of schedule.
Upon completion of the project, Thalle was awarded First Place for the Excellence in Partnering Award from the New York Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America and the New York State Department of Transportation
Taconic State Parkway Reconstruction Westchester County, New York
Thalle Construction was awarded three contracts by the New York State Department of Transportation to reconstruct 15 miles of the Taconic State Parkway. To minimize scheduling and maximize traffic flow throughout the duration of the project, Thalle incorporated the use of on-site aggregate and concrete plants. By completion, Thalle had also performed extensive reconstruction and asphalt paving.
Reconstruction of Route 35 and Interstate 684 Katonah, New York
The reconstruction of Route 35 was awarded to Thalle Construction by the New York State Department Transportation. The project included the rehabilitation of two state highway bridges over Interstate 684 which consisted of deck removal and replacement, bearing replacement, concrete barrier construction, asphalt and concrete approach reconstruction. The project also included asphalt concrete pavement resurfacing and widening on a two lane rural highway.
