Lynchburg JRI - Lynchburg, VA

Thalle Construction completed Phase 2 and Phase 6, and is currently working on Phase 5 of the 7-mile James River Interceptor replacement project. The project involves rerouting the city's existing sewage collection system, and installing a new 54-inch sanitary sewer main. As the work progresses, the new lines require working in cramped areas between the railroad and the James River, as well as heavy construction in Lynchburg's historic downtown riverfront district.

Franklin Reservoir Improvements - Charlotte, NC

Thalle worked to combine 2 of the 3 reservoirs at the Franklin Water Treatment plant into one large reservoir, along with the inlet and overflow structures, and thousands of feet of new pipework. The project helped improve both the capacity and the reliability of the water supply for the city of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.

Working for the City of High Point, Thalle Construction installed 13,700 linear feet of centrifugally cast fiberglass reinforced sewer pipe ranging from 54 to 66 inches in diameter and 35 to 60 feet in depth.

Reedy River Trunk Sewer System - Greenville, SC

Traversing the city of Greenville, Thalle performed this large, long-term sewer project for the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority. Much of the work involved limited right of ways and required specialized equipment and shoring systems.
