Thalle capped an existing landfill cell for the Orange County Public Works Department.

Significant scope items included:
Closure of approximately 55-acres of a Class III Cell I that had reached design grades. The work included grading of the solid waste for proper drainage placement of the leveling course, installation of LLDPE geomembrane, placement of protective cover, soil and sodding of all areas, installation of a storm water control system to include structure, piping installation of toe drains and culverts.

This project was completed in June of 2011.
