Larry Fantozzi
Executive Vice President
Mr. Fantozzi is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Thalle Construction Co., Inc. In this capacity, he oversees all construction activities and is responsible for the performance of all projects across the southeastern United States, generating an annual sales volume of $60 million.
Mr. Fantozzi has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has led many challenging endeavors, including numerous bridge and road reconstruction projects such as the first channel girder bridge in the U.S., railroad rolling bridges, and bridges over the New York State Thruway and Metro North Railroad.
Over his career, Mr. Fantozzi has managed the construction of numerous dams, landfills, utility pipe projects and other large civil construction projects. He has performed work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state Department of Transportation (DOT) authorities, various water and sewer authorities, and county and municipal agencies.
Mr. Fantozzi earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State.

Chris Haverstrom
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Haverstrom serves as the Senior Project Manager for Thalle Construction Company. In this capacity he serves as Project Manager for some of the company's most active projects, works closely with Thalle's estimating team in acquiring new work, and provides guidance and mentoring of Thalle's team of project managers and project engineers.
Mr. Haverstrom has been with Thalle Construction since 1999, and has been the Project Manager of over 30 jobs during that time period, with numerous landfills, site development, and dam projects to his credit.
Mr. Haverstrom earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York, and a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining Thalle Construction he worked with Tully Construction of Flushing, NY; and Ramp Engineering of Huntington, NY.
