Peter K. Tully
Peter K. Tully is the CEO of Thalle Construction Company, Inc. In this capacity he leads the executive team, and is responsible for growth and performance of the company domestically and internationally. Mr. Tully has over 30 years of experience in the construction and construction related industries.
Mr. Tully has been committed to philanthropist efforts by supporting community programs for the betterment of others. Peter serves as Vice Chairman of the New York Building Congress; Building Trades Employers’ Association, as well as the Long Island Power Authority. Peter proudly serves on the Board of the College of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame as well as funding an education scholarship program for students.
Mr. Tully attended St. John’s University in Queens earning a BA degree and a Juris Doctor in Law from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted as a member of the New York State Bar Association in 1986.
Gregg J. Pacchiana
With over 25 years’ experience, Gregg J. Pacchiana is the President of Thalle Construction Company. He grew up working in his family-owned construction business in the New York Metropolitan area, and led the company’s expansion into the quarry, asphalt and recycling business in the New York Market. Under Gregg’s leadership, Thalle increased its geographic reach by expanding to the mid-Atlantic region and southeastern United States. Gregg acquired his family member’s shares of the business in the mid-nineties, and sold the business to the Tully Group of New York City in 2012. Since the merger, he has been running the business for the Tully Group, and has consistently grown its capacity, capability, revenue and profitability.
Gregg is a graduate of Villanova University and has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife and 4 children. Gregg has served on numerous not for profit organizations including 5 years as chairman, board member of the Durham Crisis Response Center and 6 years as a board member and chairman for Duke School, an independent K-8 school in Durham North Carolina. He is also an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and World Presidents Organization (WPO).
Executive Vice President
Mr. Fantozzi is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Thalle Construction Co., Inc. In this capacity, he oversees all construction activities and is responsible for the performance of all projects across the southeastern United States, generating an annual sales volume of $60 million.
Mr. Fantozzi has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has led many challenging endeavors, including numerous bridge and road reconstruction projects such as the first channel girder bridge in the U.S., railroad rolling bridges, and bridges over the New York State Thruway and Metro North Railroad.
Over his career, Mr. Fantozzi has managed the construction of numerous dams, landfills, utility pipe projects and other large civil construction projects. He has performed work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state Department of Transportation (DOT) authorities, various water and sewer authorities, and county and municipal agencies.
Mr. Fantozzi earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State.
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Haverstrom serves as the Senior Project Manager for Thalle Construction Company. In this capacity he serves as Project Manager for some of the company's most active projects, works closely with Thalle's estimating team in acquiring new work, and provides guidance and mentoring of Thalle's team of project managers and project engineers.
Mr. Haverstrom has been with Thalle Construction since 1999, and has been the Project Manager of over 30 jobs during that time period, with numerous landfills, site development, and dam projects to his credit.
Mr. Haverstrom earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York, and a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining Thalle Construction he worked with Tully Construction of Flushing, NY; and Ramp Engineering of Huntington, NY.
