
Gregg J. Pacchiana
President/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pacchiana is the CEO and President of Thalle Construction Company, Inc. In this capacity he leads the executive team, and is responsible for growth and performance of the company domestically and internationally.
Mr. Pacchiana has over 17 years of experience in the construction and construction related industries. Over his career he has served as both superintendent and project manager on several large construction projects, was responsible for opening Thalle’s Southeastern US office, and the relocation of Thalle’s headquarters to North Carolina. Mr. Pacchiana also serves as the President of
Thalle Industries Inc, a related construction materials business, which specializes in the manufacture of construction aggregates, asphaltic concrete, and recycling of construction materials.
Mr. Pacchiana earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Mr. Pacchiana is also an active member of WPO & YPO.
Larry Fantozzi
Executive Vice President
Mr. Fantozzi is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Thalle Construction Co., Inc. In this capacity, he oversees all construction activities and is responsible for the performance of all projects across the southeastern United States, generating an annual sales volume of $60 million.
Mr. Fantozzi has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has led many challenging endeavors, including numerous bridge and road reconstruction projects such as the first channel girder bridge in the U.S., railroad rolling bridges, and bridges over the New York State Thruway and Metro North Railroad.
Over his career, Mr. Fantozzi has managed the construction of numerous dams, landfills, utility pipe projects and other large civil construction projects. He has performed work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state Department of Transportation (DOT) authorities, various water and sewer authorities, and county and municipal agencies.
Mr. Fantozzi earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State.

William May
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. May is the Chief Financial Officer for Thalle responsible for the financial management of the Civil Construction and Material business units. In his capacity, he oversees all accounting and financial reporting, management of company assets and banking relationships and performs financial and cash flow planning. Mr. May is a member of the Thalle executive management team.
Mr. May began his career with Thalle in 1986 where he developed financial systems for the construction and material business units. Mr. May’s ascent through the organizational ranks includes being named Controller in 1998 and Treasurer 2001.
Mr. May earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Bridgeport in 1986. He is actively involved in the Construction Financial Management Association and regularly participates in continuing education classes to remain current in accounting and financial management trends.

Anthony Hattey
Director of Strategy and International Business Development
Mr. Hattey is responsible for the domestic and international growth of Thalle’s Construction business. In doing so, he manages the effort to identify and pursue new business relationships and strategic initiatives, to include partnerships, alliances, clients and businesses.
Mr. Hattey has over 25 years of international leadership and management experience as a military officer having worked in West Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. His particular area of expertise is in the area of economic development and civil-military affairs. More recently he served as the Chief, Reconstruction and Sustained Development Branch for Multi-National Force – Iraq where he managed one of the U.S. government’s development funds and spearheaded an initiative to attract private infrastructure-related investment from Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Mr. Hattey holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Chris Haverstrom
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Haverstrom serves as the Senior Project Manager for Thalle Construction Company. In this capacity he serves as Project Manager for some of the company's most active projects, works closely with Thalle's estimating team in acquiring new work, and provides guidance and mentoring of Thalle's team of project managers and project engineers.
Mr. Haverstrom has been with Thalle Construction since 1999, and has been the Project Manager of over 30 jobs during that time period, with numerous landfills, site development, and dam projects to his credit.
Mr. Haverstrom earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York, and a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee. Prior to joining Thalle Construction he worked with Tully Construction of Flushing, NY; and Ramp Engineering of Huntington, NY.

Thomas Eagens
Equipment Manager & Project Superintendent
Thalle is well-known in the industry for the quality and maintenance of both our equipment and vehicle fleets, and much of the credit for that goes to our Equipment Department, which is led by Tom Eagens. Mr. Eagens is a veteran of 43 years in the construction industry, and has served as the superintendent of many of Thalle's most challenging projects. His resume' includes numerous dams, airports, site development, utility and heavy transportation projects.
Mr. Eagens began his construction career with the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1963, serving in both Korea and Vietnam, and he's been a Project Superintendent or General Superintendent with Tully Construction, J&L Concrete, Bellino Construction, and Marinello Construction. Mr. Eagens joined Thalle Construction in 1998.
Joseph Perrone
General Superintendent
Business Development Manager - U.S. Operations
Mr. Perrone joined Thalle Construction as a Project Superintendent in 1998, and since that time he's provided supervision of numerous utility projects, including the installation of new water supply systems for the city of Charlotte, NC; and sanitary sewer system expansions in Greenville and Georgetown, SC as well as Charlotte, NC. He has also been involved with numerous landfill projects and a large project adding a runway to Hartsfield International Airport in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Thalle, Mr. Perrone served as a Project Superintendent with Amazon Construction.
In his capacity as General Superintendent, Mr. Perrone provides oversight and mentoring to our team of Project Superintendents, manages Thalle's labor force to make certain that job needs are met, and coordinates activities across multiple projects to ensure maximum efficiency and utilization of resources. As Business Development Manager for our operations in the United States, Mr. Perrone works closely with our marketing and estimating teams to build relationships with new clients, and maintain relationships with current and former clients.
